Ana Sepulveda

Ana SepulvedaAna Sepúlveda is Global Leadership Fellow and Project Manager of the Global Education Initiative at the World Economic Forum. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, the World Economic Forum is an independent international organization committed to improving the state of the world by engaging leaders in partnerships to shape global, regional and industry agendas.  

Over the course of her 12-year career, Ana has gathered international experience in the areas of Management and Information Technology Consultancy, Organizational Change, and Process Re-engineering, working and living in multiple countries in Europe, and the Americas. Prior to joining the World Economic Forum, Ana worked as Management Consultant for Arthur Andersen in Colombia, and for Escador in Spain and Germany. She also worked as a Business Development Manager for Illinois Tool Works in the United States. Ana is a national of Colombia, where she completed her graduated studies in Industrial Engineering at the Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá. She is fluent in English, Spanish and German and also holds a Master on Business Administration from the University of Geneva in Switzerland with specialization in International Organizations.

In 2007 Ana was selected to join the World Economic Forum as a Global Leadership Fellow. The World Economic Forum’s Global Leadership Programme is dedicated to develop and train the next generation of world leaders of global institutions in both the private and public spheres. During her time at the Forum, Ana has led several industry and cross-industry projects in the areas of ICT for Development, Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships for Education, Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship Education.
